Terms of Use

Last updated: 27 August 2026

The terms on which this website is made available, and how they relate to the services we provide.

1. About these terms

This website is operated by Buckley Digital ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using this site you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

2. Information on this site is general

The content on this website is provided for general information about our services. It is not professional, financial or legal advice, and it should not be relied on as the basis for any decision without seeking advice appropriate to your circumstances.

Nothing on this site is an offer, a quote, or a commitment to provide services, and nothing on it guarantees any particular result. Descriptions of what we do are descriptions of the work, not a promise of outcomes — results depend on factors specific to each business, many of which are outside our control.

3. Services are governed by a separate agreement

Any work we carry out for a client is governed by the written scope, proposal or agreement entered into for that engagement. Where anything in that agreement differs from this page, the agreement applies. These Terms of Use govern your use of the website only.

4. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise indicated, the content of this website — including text, layout, design, graphics and logos — is owned by us or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may view the site and print or download extracts for your own personal or internal business use. You may not otherwise reproduce, republish, modify or commercially exploit any part of it without our prior written consent.

Ownership of work produced under a client engagement is dealt with in the agreement for that engagement, not by this page.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website:

  • in any way that breaches any applicable law or regulation;
  • to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any connected system;
  • to introduce malicious code, or to interfere with the normal operation of the site;
  • to collect or harvest information from the site by automated means without our consent.

6. Third-party links and services

This site may link to, or load resources from, websites and services operated by third parties. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. A link is not an endorsement, and your use of a third-party service is governed by that party's own terms and privacy policy.

7. Availability of the site

The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful components, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time without notice.

8. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law, or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

9. Liability

Subject to section 8, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage — including indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue or loss of data — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, this website or anything contained on it.

Where liability cannot be excluded but can be limited, our liability is limited, at our option, to re-supplying the relevant service or paying the cost of having it re-supplied.

10. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the current one, and the date at the top shows when it was last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia and of the State or Territory in which Buckley Digital is based. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State or Territory and the courts of appeal from them.

13. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to contact@buckleydigital.com.au.
